4 Week Course
These 4 classes will focus on core work ...a part of the body we are all obsessed with!
More so at this time of the year for some reason.
You will tone,stretch,sweat and flow working the whole body .... mindfully.
Moving,breathing & finding stillness with greater awareness.
No part of the body is isolated .... although we will focus on "Core" we will actually be doing a full body practice ..... as we always do!
Due to popular demand and the importance of “core” for strength,stability,mobility and ease in all postures in our yoga practice and in our lifel,we will be focusing mainly on connecting to our core which consists of more than we think !
This will be a 4 week Course that will help you tone the belly muscles .... the front, sides and back of core .
You really will work the full circumference of the core body developing strength, tone and focus.
Each class will be a 2 Hour Vinyasa Flow Practice.
Be prepared to flow, mindfully .
Be prepared to sweat ..... releasing stress and tension.
Be prepared to wind down and relax deeply.
Be prepared to have some fun!
All these aspects of the practice will be incorporated into this 2 hour class each week ….. forward folds,backbends,twists,inversions and arm balances.
You will work towards your expression of each pose.

This Class is suitable for all who have a regular practice and desire to tone,stretch ,sweat and flow.
This class is for you if you wish to wake up the core muscles,learn to move mindfully,listening to the needs of your own beautiful body,mind and heart.
Come play and give yourself a little boost of energy to help you feel stronger and more focused to get on with the rest of you day/week!
This class is on Wednesday's beginning on the 13th at 6.30pm.
