We focus on transitional movements that incorporate posture and breath.
This workshop will freshen up your practice by exploring creative sun salutations.
We will break down the transitions and refine the basic poses that make up sun
salutations - including how to jump back and jump forward with a little more ease.

Learn half sun salutes
Learn sun salutes with lunges
Learn Surya Namaskar ( Sun Salute A & B)
Develop new, creative transitions in your salutations that strengthen your spine and
shoulders & core.
Learn and advance your practice through correct alignment for your body.
Use Sun salutations in a Vinyasa Flow Sequence that includes standing poses,forward
folds, balancing postures ,twists and backbends.
You will learn all the necessary steps gradually & poses will be modified if & when
