We have a new 10-session programme designed specifically for you next season.
We’ll meet for an hour once a week for 10 weeks or twice a week for 5 weeks at a time
convenient for you in the comfort of your own home, workplace or at Gurjinder Yoga Studio.
I’ll take you from not moving at all, if that is where you're at now, to integrating yoga, reiki,
meditation & breath work into your life so that you have the simple tools and the confidence to
practice on your own whether at home or at work.
We’ll focus on your needs, challenges and goals and help you shift your energy .... so that you
begin to see & feel the change in body, mind & heart.
We could target a specific area such shoulders, neck, back, hips, hamstrings, core strength or
addressing issues such as stress relief, difficulty sleeping, health and well-being ... depending on
what you need help with most at this time in your busy life.
Learn how to gain greater strength, flexibility.
Find greater ease and energy that will help support you through your day.
Create spaciousness through breath, movement & meditation techniques that will enhance your
ability to relax, shift your focus and help you gain clarity & help you de-stress.
This 10 week programme is for students who want to take the opportunity to deepen their
practice one on one.
Do you have a desire to REFINE,DEVELOP & ADVANCE your yoga practice ?
This programme will consist of 1 session a week during the Spring season.
Or you may choose to practice twice a week for 5 weeks.
The sessions will be tailored to YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS which we will uncover in our “Discovery
Session”time together before we begin.
This is a FREE 30 min session where we will discuss exactly what your needs are at this time and
what you wish to work towards with regards to YOUR HEALTH & WELLNESS goals.
This is also when we discover if we are actually a good match to work together or not.
I wish this to be a beautiful experience for you to give yourself this time to deepen your practice
in a way that works for you.
Together we will create the perfect programme to help support you at this time to reach your
goals.
Maybe, you wish to work on one specific pose that you have been struggling with for a while and
really break it down into INTELLIGENTLY SEQUENCED steps.
Learn step by step so that you begin to understand the concept of what it is you are trying to do
in the pose & enjoy the process.
Maybe you wish to have more GENTLE HANDS ON ADJUSTMENTS & assists helping you to feel
your body in space as you practice correct alignment.
Maybe you are recovering from an injury and wish to have a programme / a sequence that
works for your particular needs at this time, learning the different ways that you can use props to
help support you in your practice.
Maybe you wish to develop a yoga practice sequence that you can use/practice over the
summer period in the comfort of your own home so that you continue to feel the benefits over
the summer!
Maybe you are a new student and you just want to learn the basic FOUNDATIONAL POSES that
we use at Gurjinder Yoga ... in a way that works best for your body.
Maybe you just want more attention focused on you & who doesn't like that once in a while?
Be guided ensuring that you are moving mindfully, intelligently through the practice.
Be encouraged to take the next step & go beyond your comfort zone .... a bit!
FEEL SUPPORTED not only through the use of props ... but supported by me to hold "space" for
you to grow, deepen and advance your practice & understanding ..... mindfully.
Each Private Session will be 800 NOK when you pay for 10 sessions.
YOU CAN CHOOSE : YOGA ,REIKI HEALING,BREATH WORK OR THAI YOGA MASSAGE &
HEALING BODY WORK.
