You will move mindfully and slowly as you learn different ways to "tune in " to your body ,mind & heart.

We will practice self healing Reiki Meditation & a beautiful Loving Kindness Meditation too.
Gentle Mindful Yoga ,simple calming breath work , and you will finish with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra practice to help you relax and release stress and tension as you rest supported in shavasana.
Settle & ground your nervous system through ,movement,stillness ,sound & rest ... so you begin to feel calmer and a little more balanced/focused.
