Here is the Timetable for Yoga With Gurjinder in THE NEW YEAR.

Classes begin on January 2nd till April 12th
There are no classes during winter break : 25th Feb - 1st March
(If you are signing up for Practice on Monday you will do 2 classes one of the weeks to
make 14 weeks )
It is a 14 week course of Vinyasa Flow/Hatha Fusion, Restorative & Yin Yoga, Gentle
Yoga & Meditation/Breathwork Sessions.
In the Vinyasa Flow/Hatha Fusion Classes you will learn to synchronise breath with
movement as you discover greater ease in your practice.
Vinyasa Flow/ Hatha Fusion Classes with Gurjinder emphasise breath,alignment and
Designed for those students who feel they are ready to get moving a little more!
Those who want to shift stagnant energy that can accumulate after all the sitting in
cars, on sofas and in chairs that we all do a little too much at times!!!
Suitable for all levels of students who want to learn simple ways to take care of
themselves naturally ...... through,breath,movement,and intention/focus.
You will get to tone, stretch,sweat & flow as I guide you through intelligently
Gentle Yoga With Gurjinder emphasises slow mindful movement.
Postures are broken down into stages/steps making them more accessible for
Poses are modified where necessary with the use of props etc.
There is more explanation of how to get into and out of poses/shapes/asana safely.
Designed for students to be able to ask more questions during the class as we go so
that they actually understand what they are doing and what the main focus of the
shape/asana is at any given time during the practice.
Designed for students who want to move mindfully,strengthening muscles &
improving flexibility naturally through gentle movement and breath work.
Restorative & Yin Yoga With Gurjinder emphasises slowing down.
Sometimes we will focus on Restorative Poses & sometimes we will practice more Yin
They are not the same thing!
Working on passive poses aimed at helping you to calm the nervous system & work
towards a feeling of balance within your body,mind & heart.
You will focus on breath, meditation and stillness supported with props such as
bolsters, blocks,& cushions etc.
This course is for all students …. beginners and more experienced practitioners alike.
Yin Yoga works more on longer holds which effect the connective tissue of the
physical body …. helping you to soothe, relax and energise body,mind and heart ……
slowly without any force.
This is a deep practice of release & patience that is slow paced & healing.
This is a great compliment to the more yang styles of yoga practice.
I think we all need Restorative & Yin Yoga as part of our overall practice for greater
balance to help us go through our day feeling more relaxed and energised.
It's a beautiful way to rest deeply.
It is a delicious, nurturing practice that simply supports you to be quiet, to listen & to
connect : Tune in.
Power Vinyasa Flow is for those of you who wish to move a little “faster” and sweat
just that little bit more as you tone & strengthen the full circumference of your core.
This will not be a crazy fast practice as we move focusing on safe alignment at all
times but it will 'Flow" more without so many stops & starts!
