Vinyasa /Gentle Slow Flow Yoga12 Week Course. Cost : 3240 NOK ( confirm by 1st Dec via Vipps : 542586 ) Cost : 3600 NOK ( When you confirm after the 1st Dec) When you confirm .... please let me know which day/time you are signing up for. We begin again on the 2nd of January. We end on 22nd of March. Classes will be on Mondays at 5pm Tuesdays at 9am & 5pm Wednesdays at 5pm Wednesdays at 7pm Beginners Yoga Thursdays at 6pm will be a special Yoga Nidra Meditation & Breath Work Practice Classes will include a variety of yoga styles that are a part of my practice. I share the things I practice myself which I find useful in my life. Stuff that helps me to move my body. Stuff that helps ease my stiff joints (due to medication/treatment /health) & age. Stuff that helps me feel alive .... energised. I "play" with using my breath to focus on being present with what I am actually doing right now. I "play" with simple but profound meditation techniques that help me remember ...... who I am ! I give myself permission to rest deeply ... I practice Yoga Nidra Meditation which helps me relax and feel more grounded ,settled & simply "good" in my body. I smile more in Remembrance & Gratitude for all the Blessings in my life. I try to make myself priority .... not because I'm selfish ..... but because when I do take care of myself, body, mind & spirit/heart ,I feel so much better & consequently I am more able to help others without resentment. So, all this is what I share with you when you practice with me at Gurjinder Yoga. It is not any one style of Yoga ..... it is a variety including,Vinyasa ,Ashtanga, Restorative,Yin, Yoga Nidra, Meditation & Pranayama ... Hatha Fusion. You get it all over the 12 week Course! Come experience Yoga With Gurjinder. The cost of the course is : 270 NOK x 12 weeks = 3240 NOK when you sign up and confirm by December the 1st (Vipps: 542586) If you sign up and confirm after this date the cost is : 300 NOK x 12 Weeks = 3600 NOK The Class size is limited to 10 students per class. This is an exclusive VIP group experience where YOU receive all of my focus, guidance ,attention & love. You will be seen & heard. You will work at your own pace .... as we go slow, moving mindfully with attention to detail .... modifying the shapes etc as needed. This is a gentle but powerful practice. There's no rush or force. You will work with joint mobility, strength, breath work, and relaxing meditation. We do have special Classes for Beginners .... just let me know if you are a total beginner so that I can create the perfect step by step start for you to feel the many benefits of this practice. About the classes
Vinyasa Flow
Connection of breath and movement.
In our Vinyasa yoga classes movement is synchronized with breath, creating a practice that is both dynamic, flowing & meditative. You will flow through sun salutations to warm up the body. A combination of static and flowing asana/poses are woven intelligently throughout the class allowing you to tone, stretch, sweat & flow as you tune in to your conscious breath. Vinyasa Yoga class sequences focus on a different body part or theme each week so class flows are never exactly the same.
Beginners / Gentle Yoga
The emphasis is on slow mindful movement.
Postures are practiced in a way that is more accessible for everyone. Poses are modified where necessary with the use of props etc.
There is more explanation of how to get into and out of poses/shapes/asana safely.
