No prior experience is needed — only a soft, open heart and a willingness to explore, play, and be curious.
Why “Slow Flow”?This practice is about deepening your understanding of yourself — showing up for your body and your heart, just as you are.
We move through the good, the challenging, and the tender moments, again and again, learning to meet ourselves with kindness and compassion.

What You’ll ExperienceEach week begins from a place of rest — grounding yourself before awakening the body gently through movement and breath.
You’ll experience:
Sometimes we forget what we already know deep down — this practice offers a gentle reminder.
You’ll learn to honour how you’re feeling, physically, emotionally, and mentally, moving at your own pace with compassion.
Over time, you’ll begin to feel stronger, more balanced, and more at ease — both on and off the mat. This is my intention.
Join UsThis is a small, supportive group — a maximum of 10 students — practicing together in community.
It’s an opportunity to give yourself the gift of presence, to soften, to strengthen, and to simply give yourself permission to pause & re-connect to your beautiful body, mind & heart.

- Creative Sun Salutations to awaken energy and move with ease.

About the classes
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Yoga connects breath and movement.
In this class, movement is synchronized with the breath, creating a practice that feels steady, flowing, and focused.
We start with Sun Salutations to warm up the body, followed by a mix of flowing and static poses designed to help you tone, stretch, and strengthen. You’ll learn to stay present and aware of your breath as you move slowly with greater awareness.
Each week, the sequence changes slightly, with a focus on a different body part or theme — so classes are always varied ... but with a familiar foundation that you work with.
Benefits:
Beginners / Gentle YogaThis class focuses on slow, mindful movement.
The practice is shared in a way that makes it accessible for everyone, with clear guidance and use of props where needed.
We take time to learn how to move in and out of poses safely, helping you build strength, flexibility, and confidence at your own pace.
Suitable for beginners, seniors, or students recovering from injury or illness.
Move gently, breathe with greater awareness , and take time to re-connect with your body and mind & heart.
