Vinyasa /Gentle Slow Flow Yoga8 Week Course. We begin on the 6th of August ..... Tuesday's at 5pm This will be an 8 week course suitable for women who are wanting to slow down and practice in a gentler more loving way. This is for women who want a little support & encouragement to help them connect to their body, mind & Spirit/Heart. You will get to move, breathe & rest deeply. Last class will be on 24th September. Get Started on your wellness journey .... self care & time for yourself to connect. Get Stronger as you work with the beautiful body you have today! Move Better by honouring, respecting how you are feeling ....physically ,emotionally & mentally. Relax and Reset Your Energy ... through movement, stillness, breath work & rest. Breathe with Awareness ... Remember how to "play" & not worry about getting "it" wrong! Be Kind to Yourself Connect Body, Mind & Beautiful Heart. Experience the Power of Deep Rest with Yoga Nidra Meditation. Each week, you will get to experience Relaxation. We will begin every session from a beautiful place of REST. Creative Sun Salutations will help you wake up and get your beautiful body moving gently .... slowly. Learn to listen & Notice to what's going on for YOU. Breathe. Then, unwind with calming Yoga Nidra Meditation for deep relaxation and a softening ..... letting go ..... into the support. About the classes
Vinyasa Flow
Connection of breath and movement.
In our Vinyasa yoga classes movement is synchronized with breath, creating a practice that is both dynamic, flowing & meditative. You will flow through sun salutations to warm up the body. A combination of static and flowing asana/poses are woven intelligently throughout the class allowing you to tone, stretch, sweat & flow as you tune in to your conscious breath. Vinyasa Yoga class sequences focus on a different body part or theme each week so class flows are never exactly the same.
Beginners / Gentle Yoga
The emphasis is on slow mindful movement.
Postures are practiced in a way that is more accessible for everyone. Poses are modified where necessary with the use of props etc.
There is more explanation of how to get into and out of poses/shapes/asana safely.
