Vinyasa Flow
Connection of breath and movement.
In our Vinyasa yoga classes movement is synchronized with breath, creating a practice that is both dynamic, flowing & meditative. You will flow through sun salutations to warm up the body.A combination of static and flowing asana/poses are woven intelligently throughout the class allowing you to tone,streach,sweat & flow as you tune in to your conscious breath. Vinyasa Yoga class sequences focus on a different body part or theme each week so class flows are never exactly the same.
Beginners / Gentle Yoga
The emphasis is on slow mindful movement.
Postures are practiced in a way that is more accessible for everyone. Poses are modified where necessary with the use of props etc.
There is more explanation of how to get into and out of poses/shapes/asana safely.
Gentle Restorative & Yin Yoga
The class emphasises slowing down, feeling nurtured & unrushed.
It is a slow paced class where poses are held for a longer period of time. Working on passive poses aimed to help you focus, calm the nervous system & feel a greater sense of balance. You will focus on breath, meditation and stillness supported with props such as bolsters, blocks, cushions and blankets.
Yin & Yang Flow
The Perfect combination for those who want to move but feel fatigued & want to slow down too!
Yin & Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice - combines the benefits of the longer held passive Yin poses with the more dynamic sequences of a Yang practice. In this class you will experience both a slow gentle practice consisting of either a few Restorative postures or a few Yin poses and then a more dynamic mindful yoga flow too.
Power Yoga
Dynamic and flowing style of vinyasa yoga.
Designed for those who want to “play” have some fun and challenge themselves to go to the next step. This is for students who have been practicing for a while and wish to explore ,refine & advance their understanding of familiar poses. You will flow through various sun salutations. Creative postures will be explored & woven into the sequence .You will work on standing, seated, twists, backbends & inversions .
Charity Yoga Class
This class is for everyone.
It is a Gentle Hatha Yoga Class which is suitable for new beginners and more advanced students. This class not only benefits your health and well being but it is designed to support and help those less fortunate than ourselves. We support different Charities each season & 100 % of the proceeds from this class is donated to charity. Our CHARITY YOGA CLASSES in 2022 will be held once a month.
We will be supporting a Charity in India Called Unique Home For Girls.
This charity helps orphaned girls in India.
It provides a home, love & education for the girls who have been abandoned as babies, left outside the orphanage to be taken care of.

This class is suitable for you even if you are NEW to YOGA.
1.5 hour practice on Friday at 5pm AND 100% of the PROCEEDS will go to Unique Home For Girls.
