Yoga Classes September-November 2025
This is an 10 week Course
We begin our next Course at Gurjinder Yoga & Art in September 2025.
We will practice on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5pm .
Classes begin on the 9th September if you choose to practice on Tuesdays & on the 11th if you prefer Thursdays.

All classes will start at 5pm.
Classes are 90 min duration.
This will be a 10 week course suitable for women who are wanting to slow down and practice in a gentler more loving way.
Flow & Create : A 10 Week Course of Yoga, Breath work, Rest, Art, Meditation, and 'organic movement'.
Flow & Create is designed for you ,if you are looking for a deeper connection with yourself...first.

Each week we will explore different stuff .... it could be inspired more by art, movement, yoga, rest ..... all the stuff I practice & play with in my personal practice that cultivate awareness, relaxation, and creative expression: The practice over the 8 week course will include a variety of activities .... all accessible.
All playful.
All do able ..... with nothing to worry about.
You will simply work with the body you have on any given day and just land ! Explore stuff ....
My wish is that it inspires you in a positive way ... & then because you feel good .... the energy just ripples outwards from your centre.... your heart & touches others.
Yoga : Gentle grounding and energising practices that build strength, mobility and flexibility.
Breath work : Simple techniques for shifting energy, releasing tension, and feeling a little more balanced.
Rest : Gentle restorative practices that invite deep relaxation.
Yoga Nidra: Where you "do nothing" .... get comfy & allow everything to settle ..... it takes time. This too we will practice.
Art : Creative Play that encourages slowing down, self-expression, exploration ... making a little mess.
Meditation : Simple Mindfulness practices .... like just feeling your in breath & noticing your out breath .... that's a start.
Free Flow Movement : Movement that celebrates the body. No right or wrong way to move. It's all good!
This course is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and connect with what is going on with you at this time .Connecting to your own body, mind and beautiful Spirit/Heart.
No prior experience is required .... just a soft, open heart and a desire to explore & play.

About the classes
Vinyasa Flow
Connection of breath and movement.
In our Vinyasa yoga classes movement is synchronized with breath, creating a practice that is both dynamic, flowing & meditative. You will flow through sun salutations to warm up the body. A combination of static and flowing asana/poses are woven intelligently throughout the class allowing you to tone, stretch, sweat & flow as you tune in to your conscious breath. Vinyasa Yoga class sequences focus on a different body part or theme each week so class flows are never exactly the same.
Beginners / Gentle Yoga
The emphasis is on slow mindful movement.
Postures are practiced in a way that is more accessible for everyone. Poses are modified where necessary with the use of props etc.
There is more explanation of how to get into and out of poses/shapes/asana safely.
Connection of breath and movement.
In our Vinyasa yoga classes movement is synchronized with breath, creating a practice that is both dynamic, flowing & meditative. You will flow through sun salutations to warm up the body.
