About the classes
​Vinyasa Flow 
Connection of breath and movement.  
In our Vinyasa yoga classes movement is synchronized with breath, creating a practice that is both dynamic, flowing & meditative. You will flow through sun salutations to warm up the body. A combination of static and flowing asana/poses are woven intelligently throughout the class allowing you to tone, stretch, sweat & flow as you tune in to your conscious breath. Vinyasa Yoga class sequences focus on a different body part or theme each week so class flows are never exactly the same.
  • Strengthens and regulates the nervous system.
  • Enhances muscles and cardiovascular system
  • Improves flexibility and balance
  • Relieves anxiety & makes you feel calm
  • Suitable for all levels


Beginners / Gentle Yoga 
The emphasis is on slow mindful movement.
Postures are practiced in a way that is  more accessible for everyone. Poses are modified where necessary with the use of props etc.
There is more explanation of how to get into and out of poses/shapes/asana safely.
  • Strengthen muscles & improve flexibility 
  • Suitable for beginners, seniors or students who are recovering from injury/illness
