Yoga Classes January/March
This is an 12 week Season
We begin our next season at Gurjinder Yoga & Art in January 2025.
We will practice on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5pm .
Classes begin on the 7th Jan if you choose to practice on Tuesdays & on the 9th if you prefer Thursdays.
Please contact me if you would like to practice twice a week as I have a special price for that !
All classes will start at 5pm.
Classes are 90 min duration.
This will be a 12 week course suitable for women who are wanting to slow down and practice in a gentler more loving way.
This is for women who want a little support & encouragement to help them connect to their body, mind & Spirit/Heart.
You will get to move, breathe & rest deeply.
You will get to "play" ... practice & explore.
You will be encouraged to make the practice "yours" & to not be too serious about getting "it" right or wrong!
You are perfect and "your" practice will meet you exactly where you are now ... with your relationship to your body, mind & beautiful heart.
Last class will be on 25th March or 27th March.

About the classes
Vinyasa Flow
Connection of breath and movement.
In our Vinyasa yoga classes movement is synchronized with breath, creating a practice that is both dynamic, flowing & meditative. You will flow through sun salutations to warm up the body. A combination of static and flowing asana/poses are woven intelligently throughout the class allowing you to tone, stretch, sweat & flow as you tune in to your conscious breath. Vinyasa Yoga class sequences focus on a different body part or theme each week so class flows are never exactly the same.
Beginners / Gentle Yoga
The emphasis is on slow mindful movement.
Postures are practiced in a way that is more accessible for everyone. Poses are modified where necessary with the use of props etc.
There is more explanation of how to get into and out of poses/shapes/asana safely.
