Let's Meditate together.



You will focus on your breath .... you will explore different breathing patterns to create greater

relaxation to help you de-stress & tune in to what is real & important for you.




You will also explore breath work which will energise you so that you feel more able to do stuff

on your do to list with a little more ease perhaps.




You will explore simple meditation techniques including:




Silent meditation,



Self Healing Reiki Meditation

Japa Meditation,



Loving Kindness Meditation



Yoga Nidra guided relaxation Meditation.



This is a 4 week Meditation & Breath Work Course specially for women

who are busy & tired

It starts on Thursday the 17th of October at 7pm.
