Find your beautiful seat ..... get comfortable & just be still.
Simply begin to notice your breath.
Breathe in .
Breathe out.
Connect.
Observe.
Keep coming back to your breath.

Keep it simple.
Let's Meditate together.
You will focus on your breath .... you will explore different breathing patterns to create greater
relaxation to
help you de-stress
& tune in to what is real & important for you.
You will also explore
breath work which will energise
you so that you feel more able to do stuff
on your do to list with a little more ease perhaps.
You will explore
simple meditation
techniques including:
Silent meditation,
Self Healing Reiki Meditation
.
Japa Meditation,
Loving Kindness Meditation
Yoga Nidra guided relaxation Meditation.
This is a 4 week Meditation & Breath Work Course specially for women
who are busy & tired
.
It starts on Thursday the 17th of October at 7pm.
