Reiki Healing is a spiritually guided practice where we use light touch on or off the body to help release tension and stress.
Reiki Healing can help support the body with its own ability to heal.
Reiki can help you feel restored and replenished and better able to deal with life’s demands.
Reiki Healing is practiced fully clothed on a massage table.
I work intuitively & use a variety of healing modalities including ,sound vibration, aromatheraphy, crystals music, smoke cleansing & intention.
You simply come and lie on the massage table ,fully clothed.
I make sure you are comfortable & warm.
I work with cleansing, clearing and balancing the 7 main energy centers of your body (chakras ) discovering which are “happy” and which are not so “happy” with the aid of crystals.When your chakras are not “happy” that effects you on all levels; physically, emotionally & mentally.
This in turn can effect what you are experiencing in your life at home, with family, at work ,your partnerships, your self esteem, self love, speaking your truth etc.
So keeping the chakras happy & healthy is so important for your overall health & wellness.
I am honoured to be able to hold a safe & sacred space for individuals to go on their own healing journeys.

HEALING THAI YOGA MASSAGE/ BODYWORK
This massage is my personal creation combining Thai yoga massage, breathwork, reiki healing and aromatherapy massage. It is a sacred healing practice. The therapeutic basis of Thai yoga massage is strongly rooted in the Indian healing tradition of Ayurveda "life knowledge" which functions as a guide to help us maintain good health naturally .
In our healing Thai yoga massage you lie fully clothed on a thick comfortable mat on the floor. I work from your toes all the way to your head. All you have to do is relax and let go. Breathe with awareness, connect to your body, mind and heart. The body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked gently in order to clear energy blockages and relieve tension in all the tight constricted parts of the body, mind and heart. I will gently assist you into structured therapeutic stretches and acupressure points will be activated so that energy may flow with more ease.
The aim of this treatment is for you to experience deep relaxation, assisted stretches allowing you to go a little deeper and shifting energy through mindful healing touch. It will help you feel more grounded, calm & relaxed, in physical, mental & emotional well being.
I have had the privilege of receiving several Reiki healing sessions from Gurjinder. She helped me heal from a life shattering experience. After each session I gradually managed to pick up the broken pieces of myself and become whole again. The depth of the experience is difficult to describe. Gurjinder has the ability to help me achieve a deep relaxed state where foundational healing is possible. The space that she holds is filled with love and acceptance. I am so grateful to have found myself again.
YOGA NIDRA GUIDED MEDITATION
Yoga Nidra is a beautiful, simple meditation practice that anyone can "do".
It is practiced in a comfortable position resting.
You get to lie down on the floor/bed or sofa.
It is not the same as other meditation techniques .... it is quite different .... you have nothing to "do" except rest & listen to my voice as I gently guide you to rest.
You do not need to have stamina, flexibility or strength to practice Yoga Nidra and this makes it available to all regardless of age, physical condition or experience with meditation.
No force or effort is required at all to receive the benefits of this deeply restorative, healing practice.
Yoga Nidra means Yoga Sleep.
The aim however is not to fall asleep .... you will be in a conscious deep sleep state which can be extremely revitalising for your body, mind & spirit.
When you first begin the practice of Yoga Nidra you might find that it is very hard to stay awake, aware etc.
You will probably fall asleep & that is perfectly ok.
You might float in and out of a sleep state & that too is ok.
It might take a bit of practice to actually stay awake during a Yoga Nidra Practice & that is perfectly ok & normal.
You will get from the practice exactly what you need on any given day.
And sometimes ..... we simply need to sleep!!
As you practice consistently you will learn to stay effortless as your body "sleeps",your mind "sleeps" but your awareness stays awake & aware with effortless ease.
With most meditation practices your sit up with a straight spine & you remain in a waking state of consciousness.
You are normally asked to focus your mind, while allowing your thoughts, feelings, emotions, sensations, and images to come & go ... you are asked to observe & notice.
Yoga Nidra however, works differently because you practice in a relaxed position on the floor .
You leave the waking state, go past the dreaming state, and eventually into a deep sleep state ..... yet you remain aware with no effort at all.
In Yoga Nidra we are working with the states of consciousness, waking, dreaming, sleeping & beyond ..... deep rest.
