This is a 3 hour live class with me via zoom.
You will get to explore & play together with me in my messy "art studio" which is actually my basement.
You will explore intuitive mark making.
You will use seeds, flowers & trees for a little inspiration to get you started and then simply allow yourself to "play" & see where & how your painting flows ...the focus is that there are no rules or outlines on "how to" ... it is all about freedom to explore & simply relax ... without worrying about the "end result".
The materials you use for this practice will be based on what you have at home ... or I can send you a little list of what I suggest once you confirm that you would like to join me for this 3hour 'creative playtime'.
No painting experience is necessary. You will simply "play"intuitively.
There is no right or wrong .... it is creative exploration with no judgement or expectations.

You will use mixed media to explore without judgement.
You will have no expectations.
Use the practice of making marks to help find greater freedom, ease & flow in your body, mind & spirit.
This practice will help you begin to release tension and hopefully find a little clarity & lightness within.
You do not need any yoga or art experience for this class of exploration & "letting go".
It's all about allowing yourself to have a little fun & make a mess!
I will send you a little list of art materials but we will keep it simple .
