My Yoga Practice is not complicated
I share my practice and understanding of Yoga in a simple way.
I believe that we all crave simplicity in our busy lives.
Mindful movement, breath work and meditation will help you to slow down and calm your body, mind and heart.
My goal is for you to feel well & for you to learn simple "things" that you can use everyday to help you find more balance & happiness.

MY JOURNEY TO YOGA
I discovered yoga at a time in my life when I felt a little overwhelmed. I had young children, a dog, a job and a husband who was on business trips a lot. I never seemed to have enough time to take care of myself. Most of the time I was exhausted. I felt that I was giving and doing for others but neglecting my own needs. Taking care of my family and my home was and is very important to me, but I was not taking care of myself. I had lost touch with who I was. Yoga allowed me this "time out" to re-connect and take care of myself in a deep authentic way. Yoga recharged my energy and I definitely felt lighter & brighter in myself. Life began to run more smoothly for me.
I began to feel happier & more able to "cope" with all my responsibilities simply because I was taking better care of myself & making myself a priority for once!
IT ALL STARTS WITH US FIRST.
If we feel good, then those around us will feel that "goodness" too! It's the Magic Ripple Effect of yoga! I needed to get away just for a little while to help find myself again and reconnect, recharge my energy so I could tackle my responsibilities in a more loving, caring and effective way.
YOUR EXPECTATIONS FOR PRACTICING YOGA MIGHT BE DIFFERENT FROM MINE
Yoga will begin to make you feel stronger, fitter and more flexible. It will help you calm your mind and relax your body. It will help you to learn ways to allow your body to heal and recover after an injury as you modify poses etc. Last but not least you will work towards maintaining good health as you age.Come discover how yoga can help you as much as it continues to help and support me and my students to find more balance in our beautiful busy lives.
