Yoga For Beginners starts on Tuesday the 5th of March at 7pm.
This 4 week Course is perfect for those of you who want to learn basic
foundational yoga poses.
After this 4 Week Course you will be able to attend the regular classes on the
timetable.
Each class will get a little more challenging as the course progresses.
You will build your understanding of the poses bit by bit ,slowly each week.
The last class of this course will incorporate all that you have learned in a fun but
challenging Yoga Sequence suitable for Beginners.
You will learn safe ways to come in and out of poses.
You will learn basic sun salutations step by step.
You will learn the importance of full yogic breath work and how it supports your
practice.
You will be introduced to simple meditation techniques and begin to feel the effect
that practicing just a few minutes of meditation can have on your body,mind and heart.
You will learn simple relaxation techniques.
You will learn basic standing postures,seated postures,forward folds,gentle
backbends,twists and much more!
You will also get to experience restorative poses where you will use props for support
and allow your body to relax and recharge.
