This is a beautiful SIMPLE practice.
It is a gentle practice.
It is restorative & nourishing for your body, mind & beautiful spirit/heart.
It is a guided meditation where you get to rest deeply in a comfortable position on the floor using your mat, the couch or even in bed.
You get cosy, stay warm & use whatever props you need, cushions, blanket ,eye covering etc .... make it magical for yourself!
A well deserved treat that you will want to practice again & again because it is easy & effective.
Why not make it a little ritual for your Self Care Practice ?
You don't have to "do" any fancy or complicated Yoga Poses .... although we might move a little if needed & focus on a little breath work .... but whatever we do will be slow, gentle & accessible for YOU.
You get to drift in & out of "Yogic Sleep" & simply allow yourself the opportunity to release tension & stress as you listen to my voice gently guiding you ... slowly into a deeper restful state.
You have nothing to do but .... REST & allow your body to soften.
Yoga Nidra can help you begin to relax, calm your nervous system & improve sleep.
You might actually fall asleep during the practice and that is perfectly ok!
