We will explore many different styles of Yoga including: Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative & Yoga Nidra Meditation. You will work from head to toe …. improving mobility of joints, range of motion, flexibility & strength.
You will get to focus on your breath & learn simple breathing patterns to help you relax or even to energise you if you are feeling depleted.
You will learn simple meditation techniques that will help you as you go about your day to feel more centred ,calm & grounded.
Take a little time out to be kind to yourself as we once again connect to help support each other through our practice.
